We are pleased to welcome realtors and their clients to the Zinfandel Ridge community.
Realtors must accompany their clients to the sales office on their first visit or register by phone prior to the clients first visit. IN EITHER CASE, Realtors must complete the Realtor Cooperation Form and the client will be required to sign the same form confirming approval of the registration. Please ask your Community Sales Consultant for details.
Zinfandel Ridge New Home Consultants are responsible for showing homes to the client. Realtors are encouraged to accompany their clients during presentations.
Registrations will be honored for 30 days following the registration date. Realtors may not register clients who have already registered at Zinfandel Ridge within the previous 30 days.
